Welcome to eCampus. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eCampus mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by ARB Logography Business Solutions, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

eCampus is a school-to-home communication and attendance portal. The Service allows schools and districts to log student attendance and check-in events, display calendar events and announcements, and send push notifications to parents and guardians.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Service, you must receive an authorized invite code from your child's school or district. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and invite codes.
  • Notify your school administration and us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the eCampus application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity, including other parents, students, or school staff.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems, or databases connected to the Service.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, harassing, or violates student privacy laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the application.

4. School and District Policies

Your use of the Service is also subject to any policies, terms, or codes of conduct established by your child's school or school district. We are not responsible for any actions, communications, or content posted or sent by school staff or school representatives through the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by schools or users), including the application software, source code, logos, designs, graphics, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of ARB Logography Business Solutions, Inc. and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARB LOGOGRAPHY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if requested to do so by your school or district administration.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARB Logography Business Solutions, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
